PAYMENT POLICY
Chiropractic treatment services are provided and billed by Clinic. Balance Chiropractic will provide you with a statement that you can submit to your insurance company to instruct them to send reimbursements directly to you. This can be done either electronically or a printed copy will be made available. Please be aware that with many health plans Chiropractic Care may be under "Other" treatments.
